Shipping Information:
FREE-SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. We ship your items the next business day (from the day we receive your order). For shipping addresses within the United States, we ship using United States Postal Service Priority Mail. It normally takes between 7-10 business days for delivery.
The costs of our items include the costs of material needed to properly package your items (i.e., boxes, tape, styrofoam peanut shells, etc.).
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM till 5 PM Pacific Standard Time; however, we do ship orders on Saturdays.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policies:
Returns and Refunds:For item(s) still in the original packaging (this does not mean the box in which the item was shipped to you), return your item(s) within 30 days of your order date for a full refund. We do not cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. For items removed from the original packaging or used item(s), there is a restocking fee of 40% of the price you paid. For example, if you paid $100 for item B, once we receive item B in the mail, you will be refunded an amount of $60 for item B.
Cancellation Policy: We strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable services. As such, we ship our customers' orders the next business day (Monday thru Friday). Our speed of delivery does limit the amount of time you have to cancel your order. If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday, you have until 3 PM the next business day (or by 11 AM Pacific Standard Time on Saturday) to cancel your order. For example, if you place an order on Monday at 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (or 8 PM Eastern Standard Time), you can cancel your order up to 3 PM Pacific Standard Time (or 6 PM Eastern Standard Time) on Tuesday. You can cancel your order by emailing us at sales@ikickonline.com or by calling us at (626)590-7565. Telephone is the fastest way to reach us, especially if you are trying to cancel your order close to the cut-off time.
If we already shipped your order, simply ship the item back to us once you receive it (we do not pay for return shipping).
